Job summary

Delphos Wireless, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Cricket Wireless Sales Representative to join our in-store team.

The role focuses on greeting customers, selling wireless phones and plans, and achieving activation and sales targets across multiple store locations in the Cincinnati area. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment with uncapped commissions, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus
• Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Weekend availability required
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans
• Activate new lines and process upgrades; meet and exceed sales and activation goals
• Upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on features
• Troubleshoot basic phone and account issues

Delphos Wireless is an authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team.

If you enjoy retail sales, customer service, and earning uncapped commission, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced wireless environment.

This is an in-store retail position— not remote or telemarketing. The position is for the store location in West Chester, Loveland, Colerain, Delhi, Norwood, and Galbraith, OH.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans
• Activate new lines and process upgradesMeet and exceed sales and activation goals
• Upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on features
• Troubleshoot basic phone and account issues
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Participate in team sales meetings and performance tracking

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
