Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a driven Inside/Outside Sales Closer to drive in-home engagements and close high-ticket home improvement projects. You will meet 2–3 qualified homeowners daily, deliver presentations, and guide customers through financing options to close sales.

As a full-time W-2 role with uncapped commissions, expect 8–12 pre-qualified homeowner meetings weekly and ongoing training in a fast-growing, award-winning culture. hybrid schedule in Allentown PA.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
