Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven in-home sales closers to join a fast-growing team offering a six-figure career through uncapped commissions and bonuses. This full-time role is based on a hybrid schedule with significant earning potential.

You will meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, present solutions, and close high-ticket sales while building lasting relationships and advancing your career within a dynamic company.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
