Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Allentown, PA, is seeking a results-driven Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!). As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

Average first-year earnings range from $150K to $200K with uncapped commissions; top performers exceed $300K.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Weekend availability (6 days/week)
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
• Sales experience preferred, not required
• Industry experience is a plus
