Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking motivated sales professionals for in-home closings, with a path to a six-figure income through uncapped commissions. The role combines consultative presentations with high-ticket home improvement sales in a hybrid setting.

You'll meet 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, present solutions, close deals, and build lasting relationships, with robust bonuses and benefits after 30 days. Hybrid schedule in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required (in-home or outside sales)
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Weekend availability (6 days/week)
• Industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
