Home Genius Exteriors is hiring a Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!) to meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present solutions, and close high-ticket sales on a full-time basis.

You'll join a fast-growing company with uncapped commissions, earning potential that can reach six figures in your first year. The hybrid role is based near Cherry Hill, NJ, with ongoing training, career advancement opportunities, and strong support from a dedicated call center.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (drive times 30–90 minutes from home).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
Top Performers Earn: $300K+
Location: Hybrid work schedule in Cherry Hill NJ

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
