Job summary

Mighty Dog Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Superstar to drive field sales, qualify and convert leads, and close contracts with property owners and insurance adjusters. You will deliver compelling estimates, coordinate with the production team, and work toward strong monthly sales targets.

The role offers a mix of fieldwork and remote work options, with company training and opportunities for advancement across our nationwide franchise network.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and converting leads in the field, including cold calls and door-to-door outreach.
• Lead property inspections and document damage, then craft accurate scopes and line-item estimates.
• Forge contracts with property owners and manage relationships with insurance adjusters.
• Support production and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and profitability.
• Aim for at least $100,000 in monthly contracted sales.

As a Roofing Sales Superstar, your mission is to electrify your path to financial glory. You'll venture into the field, conquer company leads, referrals, and break through cold calls. Your quest includes thrilling property inspections, epic contract signings, exhilarating meetings with insurance adjusters, and crafting stunning estimates that bring us one step closer to financial victory.

Position Responsibilities By Phase

• Phase 1: Prospecting and Customer Delight
  • Ignite and maintain a Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) both in the field and office.
  • Embark on daring solo expeditions to storm-affected areas, pioneering prospecting and electrifying cold calls.
  • Embark on epic property inspections using high-tech gadgets to document damage.
  • Lead property owners through the insurance claim process.
  • Championing this phase adds approximately 1/3 of the weighted average of Company Sales Commissions.
• Phase 2: Scope Mastery and Contract Conquest
  • Encounter insurance adjusters and craft a scope of damage.
  • Collaborate with adjusters, creating a line-item estimate using powerful estimating software.
  • Formally forge contracts with property owners using a set of build Contracts.
  • Your efforts contribute about 1/3 of the weighted average of Company Sales Commissions.
• Phase 3: Profit Maximization and Production Triumph
  • Execute estimating and supplementing techniques.
  • Provide our production team when needed, securing change orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the accounts receivable department, ensuring successful collection of payments.
  • Help us maintain our financial goals ensuring each job's profit margin.
  • This phase contributes approximately 1/3 of the weighted average of Company Sales Commissions.

Other Responsibilities

• Feed us accurate information, insights, and valuable leads.
• Participate in electrifying company meetings, sales rallies, and advanced training sessions.
• Embrace the Mighty Dog Roofing University Virtual Training Platform as your secret weapon for success.
• Keep the production and accounts receivable departments informed of all developments.
• Actively cold calling, door knocking, canvassing, and networking.
• March alongside us in our relentless pursuit of financial greatness, achieving a minimum of $100,000 in monthly contracted sales.
