Mighty Dog Roofing is seeking Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role offers a base plus commission, training paid during onboarding, and career advancement opportunities.

You’ll conduct roof inspections, educate homeowners on solutions, and manage proposals and contracts while supporting homeowners through insurance claims. We value integrity, customer service, and professional growth, with a flexible schedule and potential to work from home as needed.

Job Summary

Mighty Dog Roofing is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Roofing Sales Representatives.

This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with a nationally recognized roofing company that values integrity, customer service, and professional growth. Whether you have roofing sales experience or a strong background in outside sales, we'll provide the training, support, and tools you need to succeed.

Mighty Dog will provide payment for participation in training. Once training is complete, payment structure will change to a base + commission structure.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and prospecting
• Conduct roof and property inspections to identify customer needs
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, products, and the insurance restoration process
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts
• Meet with insurance adjusters when necessary to facilitate claim approvals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales and project process
• Follow up consistently to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Track activities, opportunities, and sales performance within our CRM system
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals

• Participate in company meetings, 1 on 1 sales meetings, and advanced training sessions.

• Keep the production and accounts receivable departments informed of all developments.
• Actively cold calling, door knocking, canvassing, and networking.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Previous sales, customer service, or customer-facing experience preferred
