Mighty Dog Roofing of Grand Prairie is seeking motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to drive growth by building relationships with homeowners and closing roofing projects. You’ll train with the Mighty Dog program and then move to a base plus commission compensation structure, with training paid during onboarding.

This role emphasizes generating new business, inspecting properties, educating homeowners on roofing solutions, and collaborating with insurance adjusters to secure approvals.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedule effectively.
• Sales experience preferred; roofing/home improvement/insurance knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Conduct roof and property inspections to identify customer needs.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and the insurance restoration process.
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Meet with insurance adjusters to facilitate claim approvals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Follow up consistently to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Track activities, opportunities, and sales performance in the CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

Mighty Dog will provide payment for participation in training. Once training is complete, payment structure will change to a base + commission structure.

• Participate in company meetings, 1 on 1 sales meetings, and advanced training sessions.

Qualifications

• Valid's driver' license and reliable transportation required
• Previous sales, customer service, or customer-facing experience preferred
