We work alongside attorneys experienced in MCA litigation and commercial debt to help clients navigate complex financial situations and work toward sustainable resolutions.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced MCA / Debt Relief Sales Representative to join our team full-time in our Brooklyn, NY office. The Sales Representative will identify prospective clients' needs, explain our services, and guide qualified business owners through the enrollment process. We're specifically looking for someone with prior experience in MCA financing, business debt settlement, or debt relief sales who understands the industry and can quickly transition into an active sales environment. The compensation for this role is a $60,000 salary, plus commissions.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Making outbound cold calls to business owners with outstanding MCA debt or active lawsuits
• Responding to inbound inquiries and qualifying prospective clients
• Conducting sales consultations to understand clients' financial situations and goals
• Explaining our services, process, and pricing to prospective clients
• Handling objections and guiding qualified prospects through enrollment
• Following up with warm leads by phone, email, and text
• Managing an active pipeline of prospects and scheduled follow-ups
• Maintaining accurate lead records, notes, and statuses within our CRM
• Coordinating with client services to ensure a smooth transition after enrollment
• Meeting individual sales goals and contributing to team performance

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in MCA financing, debt settlement, or debt relief is required
• Familiarity with merchant cash advances, repayment structures, and business debt challenges
• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
• Comfortable making outbound cold calls and handling inbound sales opportunities
• Experience conducting sales consultations and navigating objections
• Ability to build rapport with business owners and discuss sensitive financial situations
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
• Comfortable using CRM and lead management systems
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Experience with MCA defaults, collections, or commercial debt litigation is a plus
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Brooklyn, NY
