Lithia & Driveway's Land Rover Mission Viejo dealership is hiring Sales Representatives. Open availability is required; commission-based earnings offer an opportunity to achieve substantial yearly income.

You will present vehicle models, trim options, and financing programs; follow up with customers and maintain relationships using the store system. Requires 1+ year in automotive sales, 1+ year in customer service, and a valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience in automotive sales.
• 1+ year of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience at a highline auto dealership preferred.
• Ability to communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and through digital channels.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

• Complete follow ups and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
• Track customers using store management system.
• Stay up to date with Land Rover products, features and training; attend courses.

What You’ll Do

• Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes.
• Present purchase and finance options along with service programs available.
• Complete follow up’s and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Keep up to date with Land Rover products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
• You’ll report to the General Sales Manager and receive coaching to accomplish sales goals.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Previous experience working at a highline auto dealership.
• Capability to communicate with customers in person, over the phone and other digital communication channels
• Excellent time management skills
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

This position is also eligible for commissions on (“Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”) and/or bonus opportunities (“Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability”).

The annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200-$158,700 .

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
