Duties include: retailer network development; territory management; retailer training; Scratcher ordering utilizing a tablet; inventory management; merchandising; as well as implementing and monitoring retailer incentive and promotional programs. Performance is evaluated on sales achievement and other important performance factors.
Experience in and knowledge of implementing sales, marketing, and merchandising programs; inventory management; in-field or route sales experience in consumer products; training; customer relations and development; new product introduction; territory management and use of automated ordering devices or computers. The successful candidate must be willing to live within 50 miles of the geographic area’s business center.
