Job summary

Delphos Wireless is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team. If you enjoy retail sales, customer service, and earning uncapped commission, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced wireless environment.

This is an in-store retail position - not remote or telemarketing. You will greet customers, sell wireless phones and plans, activate lines, and work toward sales goals while ensuring merchandising standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Wireless/mobile sales experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $13-$17 per hour (based on experience)
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• Monday-Sunday
• Full-time and part-time available
