Job summary

Lithia & Driveway in Las Vegas is hiring Experienced Sales Representatives to join our automotive sales team. The role features a dynamic, commission-based pay plan with store hours from 9am to 9pm, six days a week with Sundays off.

You will greet customers, present vehicles, and guide buyers through the sales process for a satisfying experience. We train for automotive sales, emphasize teamwork, and offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers.
• Provide professional product presentations to all customers.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstrations.

• Schedule customer appointments daily.
• Assist customers during the write-up process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Deliver vehicle to customer following delivery process.
