Job summary

Skalnek Ford in Lake Orion is seeking experienced automotive sales representatives to join our growing team. Family owned and operated, with stable management, we emphasize exceptional customer experiences throughout the shopping journey.

You will greet customers, educate on vehicle features, guide financing and the purchase process, and build rapport to understand needs. Prior sales is a plus, training is provided, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new product information and sales techniques.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding vehicles that meet their needs.
• Educate customers on vehicle features, benefits, and available options.
