Skalnek Ford in Lake Orion is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Associate to join our growing team. We are a family‑owned dealership with a commitment to exceptional customer experiences and employee growth.

You will greet customers, explain vehicle features, assist with test drives and deliveries, and build rapport to understand needs. No prior sales experience required; a positive attitude and good communication are key. A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding vehicles that meet their needs.

• Assist Sales staff with vehicle prep for test drives and deliveries.
• Build rapport to understand customers' automotive needs and preferences.
• Help deliver vehicles and explain new technology to customers.

Responsibilities

The Junior Sales Associate will be assisting the Senior Sales Staff;

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the vehicles that best meet their needs.

Educate customers on vehicle features, benefits, and available options.

Assist the Sales staff with getting vehicles ready for a test drive / deliveries

Build rapport with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.

Assist the SeniorSales Staff in delivering vehicles, going over the New technology,.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory and promotions.

Requirements

No Previous sales experience is necessary, it would be a plus. .
