Job summary

Atlantic Coast Honda, part of Lithia Motors, seeks an energetic Automotive Sales Representative in Jacksonville. You will guide customers from greeting to delivery, present vehicles, and close deals while building lasting relationships through proactive follow-up.

We offer a commission-based plan with unlimited earning potential, paid training, and ongoing development. Weekend availability and a flexible retail schedule are preferred for a thriving sales floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience.
• Proven record of exceeding sales goals.
• Able to work well as part of a team and represent the Honda brand with confidence.
• Comfortable working weekends and a flexible retail schedule.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from greeting to delivery.
