Job summary

Mighty Dog Roofing is seeking motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to build relationships, close deals, and help homeowners protect their most valuable investment. We provide training, support, and tools to succeed at a nationally recognized roofing company.

During training, Mighty Dog will provide payment; after training, compensation becomes a competitive commission-only income. Expect uncapped earning potential and opportunities for career advancement within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Sales experience preferred; roofing or home improvement experience is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships and close deals with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Conduct roof and property inspections to identify customer needs.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance restoration.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts; meet with adjusters when needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Track activities and sales performance in CRM; exceed monthly goals.

Mighty Dog will provide payment for participation in training. Once training is complete, payment structure will change to a competitive commission only based income.

What You're Do

• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and prospecting
• Conduct roof and property inspections to identify customer needs
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, products, and the insurance restoration process
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts
• Meet with insurance adjusters when necessary to facilitate claim approvals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales and project process
• Follow up consistently to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Track activities, opportunities, and sales performance within our CRM system
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Participate in company meetings, 1 on 1 sales meetings, and advanced training sessions.
• Embrace the Mighty Dog Roofing University Virtual Training Platform.
• Keep the production and accounts receivable departments informed of all developments.
• Actively cold calling, door knocking, canvassing, and networking.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Previous sales, customer service, or customer-facing experience preferred
