Job summary

Mighty Dog Roofing, LLC is seeking dynamic Roofing Sales Representatives in Houston, TX. You’ll generate new business, inspect properties, and educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance restoration.

You’ll work with a supportive team, receive comprehensive training, and transition to a competitive commission-based income after training. Flexible schedule and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently with good time management.
• Familiarity with roofing/home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Conduct roof and property inspections to identify customer needs.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance restoration.
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Meet with insurance adjusters to facilitate claim approvals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Follow up consistently to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Track activities and sales in the CRM, aiming to meet monthly goals.

Whether you have roofing sales experience or a strong background in outside sales, we'll provide the training, support, and tools you need to succeed. Mighty Dog will provide payment for participation in training. Once training is complete, payment structure will change to a competitive commission only based income.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in company meetings, 1 on 1 sales meetings, and advanced training sessions.

• Keep the production and accounts receivable departments informed of all developments.
• Actively cold calling, door knocking, canvassing, and networking.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Previous sales, customer service, or customer-facing experience preferred
