Job summary

Expert Remodeling LLC in Metro Detroit is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to generate leads, meet homeowners, and grow the sales pipeline on-site. This field-based role focuses on door-to-door outreach and direct homeowner conversations to uncover remodeling, selling, or property-improvement opportunities.

You will work in the Metro Detroit area, build relationships with homeowners, and support property renovations and acquisitions through proactive outreach.

Expert Remodeling LLC is a residential remodeling and real estate investment company serving Metro Detroit, MI. We specialize in residential renovations, home improvements, property acquisitions, and transforming properties through strategic remodeling.

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and self-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, generating their own opportunities, working in the field, and building relationships with homeowners.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site/field-based Sales Representative role serving homeowners throughout Metro Detroit.

The primary responsibility of this position is to generate new leads and opportunities for Expert Remodeling LLC. This includes traditional sales activities as well as door-to-door prospecting and direct homeowner outreach.

The Sales Representative will identify homeowners who may be interested in:

• Remodeling or renovating their current home
• Selling their home
• Selling a property that needs significant repairs or renovation
• Discussing their property’s potential value and available options
• Exploring whether Expert Remodeling LLC may be interested in purchasing their property

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Generate new remodeling and real estate leads through multiple channels.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach in targeted Metro Detroit neighborhoods.
• Speak directly with homeowners and identify potential remodeling or selling opportunities.
• Prospect through phone calls, follow-ups, networking, local events, referrals, online inquiries, and other creative methods.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential customers and property leads.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, real estate, construction, remodeling, or home-services experience preferred.
• Real estate investing, wholesaling, construction, or remodeling experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners in person and over the phone.
• Confident approaching people and initiating conversations.
• Self-motivated and comfortable generating your own leads.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
