Job summary

RTT Medical Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive sales of regenerative devices across hospitals and trauma centers in the North Dallas area.

You will build relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals, provide clinical education, and support the integration of RTT Medical’s products into surgical practice. This role emphasizes clinical expertise, relationship management, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive healthcare market,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of medical device sales experience.
• Experience with surgical products or regenerative medicine is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of our revolutionary devices within the surgical market.

Position Overview

As a Sales Representative at RTT Medical Inc., you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative regenerative devices across hospitals and acute care settings, including trauma and ICU environments. You will build strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals while providing the support, education, and clinical expertise required to integrate our products into surgical practice.

This is a unique opportunity to represent a sole‑source manufacturer of advanced regenerative technologies that address critical clinical challenges while also delivering economic value to healthcare systems.

We are currently hiring for the North Dallas Area.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Promote and sell RTT Medical’s regenerative devices to surgeons, healthcare providers, and medical institutions.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RTT Medical’s product portfolio, with a focus on how our solutions address complex surgical and clinical needs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within surgical centers, hospitals, and specialized clinics to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs while expanding market share within the assigned territory.

Clinical Expertise & Support

• Provide comprehensive product education and training to surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff to ensure proper use and optimal performance of RTT Medical devices.
• Attend surgical procedures when required to provide real‑time product support and ensure successful clinical application.
• Serve as a clinical resource for healthcare providers by offering technical insights and troubleshooting assistance when needed.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers to foster long‑term partnerships.
• Engage regularly with customers to understand clinical needs, address concerns, and deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams - including marketing, product development, and customer support - to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies within regenerative medicine and surgical devices.
• Provide feedback to leadership regarding customer needs, product performance, and market opportunities to support product development and innovation.

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of medical device sales experience, preferably with surgical products or regenerative medicine technologies.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive healthcare market.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and persuasively.

• Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the assigned territory.
