Job summary

Art's Roofing & Construction in Florida is seeking a motivated sales-focused estimator to meet homeowners, inspect roofs, and prepare written estimates that cover materials, permits and timelines in plain language.

You will guide customers through financing options, follow up to secure contracts, and stay engaged with the project through completion. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; a valid Florida driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in roofing or home improvement.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Comfortable climbing a ladder and walking a roof.
• Disciplined follow-up to convert estimates into contracts.
