HyperHired LLC is seeking a results-driven field sales representative to drive roofing leads directly with homeowners and contractors in the Fort Worth area. You will knock neighborhood doors, schedule inspections, close deals from discovery to close, and coordinate with operations for scheduling and handoffs.

High-earning commissions are available with performance-based growth opportunities. Performance milestones include onboarding in 30 days, mid-year targets around $130K, and top performers

Reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, door-to-door visits, or scheduled appointments. This can involve knocking on doors in neighborhoods with visible roof damage, calling contractors, or following up on referrals. Once a lead is identified, the rep will meet with the homeowner or contractor to discuss roofing needs.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $130K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $200K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
