This is a performance-driven sales role. If you close well, you earn well.

What You’ll Do

• Call hot inbound homeowner leads (no cold calling)

• Qualify, handle objections, and book roofing appointments

• Follow up via phone and text to maximize conversion

• Move conversations forward with confidence and warmth

• Log outcomes accurately in CRM

• Hit and exceed daily and weekly KPIS (Daily Call Volume, Call Conversion Rate, and Audit Pass Rate)
