• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Guide customers through the process from consultation to contract signing and installation.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure customer expectations are communicated.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, appointments, and updates in the CRM.
• Build relationships with homeowners, referral partners, and community contacts.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain high customer service.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
