Job summary

Universal Windows Direct is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Charlotte, NC team. You will conduct in-home sales presentations, identify customer needs, and close sales with homeowners using our proven presentation.

Expect a $5,000 training salary with uncapped commissions and pre-set, qualified appointments. Top reps can reach $150K+ with leadership growth opportunities and a supportive training environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to learn UWD's product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Sales and commission-based sales experience.
• Lead generation experience.
• Home improvement or customer service exposure.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
