Universal Windows Direct is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Charlotte, NC. The role centers on in-home presentations to educate homeowners, build trust, and close sales with warm leads provided daily.

You'll receive a $5,000 training salary and participate in an uncapped commission structure with a clear path to six-figure earnings. The position offers career growth, elite training, and nationwide leadership in home improvements.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in sales or lead generation is a plus.
• Able to learn product features through training sessions (in person or virtual).
• Proven ability to build relationships quickly with customers.
• Flexible work schedule to meet business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-home sales presentations, educate customers, and establish trust.
• Identify customer needs and use the UWD sales presentation to close.
• Negotiate and close the sale.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs / wants and utlize UWD's proven sales presentation
• Negotiate and close the sale

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to learn UWDs product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in the following seen favorably: Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
