Universal Windows Direct is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing national home improvement sales team. You will engage with homeowners, present solutions, and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team.

The role emphasizes high-energy, coachable individuals with strong communication, organization, and goal-driven mindset. We provide comprehensive training, uncapped commissions, and the option to work from home.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (B2C/B2B) required.
• 1–2 years inbound/outbound calling.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong listening and conversational abilities.
• Ability to set and achieve goals.
• Availability: 1pm–8pm Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm Sat, 11am–5pm Sun.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent first impression to every customer you interact with.
• Offer helpful solutions to customers' home improvement needs.
• Drive new business through inbound and outbound follow ups.
• Set appointments and generate referrals for our Outside Sales team.

Responsibilities
