Job summary

Delphos Wireless is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team across several Georgia locations (Decatur, Union City, Stone Mountain, Locust Grove). You will greet customers, sell wireless devices and plans, activate lines, and strive to exceed sales goals.

In-store position with uncapped commission and growth opportunities. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred; weekend availability is required.

• Wireless/mobile sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Delphos Wireless is an authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team.

This is an in-store retail position— not remote or telemarketing. We have positions open for the store locations in

• Decatur, GA
• Union City, GA
• Stone Mountain, GA
• Locust Grove, GA

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans
• Activate new lines and process upgrades
• Meet and exceed sales and activation goals
• Upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on features
• Troubleshoot basic phone and account issues
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Participate in team sales meetings and performance tracking

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus
• Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Weekend availability required
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• $13–$17 per hour (based on experience)
• Uncapped commission
