Home Genius Exteriors in Cherry Hill, NJ, seeks an energetic Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!). You will meet 2–3 qualified homeowners weekly to present solutions and close high-ticket remodels, with uncapped commissions and bonuses.

As a full-time W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you’ll earn a six-figure income in a hybrid work setup, with strong training, advancement, and a winning culture. Top performers earn $300K+.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
