Job summary

TEL Staffing & HR is seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) sales representatives with a proven ability to close sales, both over the phone and in the field. The role targets opportunities in construction-related or service industries and requires strong closing and new business generation skills.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls (inside sales) and, for field roles, visiting job sites to identify opportunities and bring in new clients.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in glass products, building materials, or construction-related industries.
• Strong knowledge of different types of glass, their applications, and industry standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel locally for client visits and site consultations.
• Familiarity with local building codes and architectural applications is a plus.
• High closing percentage on sales.
