In this role, you’ll work directly with both new and existing customers to recommend lawn care, fertilization, weed control, aeration, and outdoor pest control services that keep lawns healthy, green, and beautiful.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into new Lawn Doctor customers
• Build relationships with existing customers and recommend additional lawn care services
• Educate homeowners on fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, mosquito control, and other treatment options
• Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on customer needs and property improvement
• Perform proactive customer follow-up to improve retention and satisfaction
• Generate referrals and identify opportunities to grow territory revenue
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

Qualifications
