RISE Financial is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative & Trainer to join our growing team in Arizona. This role blends high-volume sales with leadership, mentoring new hires, and delivering effective training to the sales staff.

You will prospect, present products, negotiate, drive revenue, and coach teammates, with uncapped earning potential, a short sales cycle, and ongoing development opportunities.

Competenze

• 1+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team for success.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Positive, resilient mindset with problem-solving approach.
