You will actively maintain the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role focuses on sales recruiting, event participation, and ongoing outreach to build a strong talent pool.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the candidate pipeline with outbound sourcing for sales roles.
• Conduct phone screenings and assess candidate fit and qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and calendar management.
• Drive consistent follow-up to keep candidates engaged.
• Maintain recruiting records and monitor recruiting metrics.
• Support recruiting initiatives and outreach campaigns.
• Represent Advosy at recruiting events and career fairs.
• Deliver a great candidate experience with clear communication.
