Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales: Prospect for new corporate clients, pitch staffing or hiring solutions, negotiate service contracts, and manage a sales pipeline.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using job boards, social networks, and ATS.
• Client & Candidate Matching: Understand hiring managers’ needs and pair them with qualified professionals.
• Relationship Management: Coach candidates for interviews, negotiate offers, and check in with placed workers for satisfaction.
• Metric Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as call volume, submissions, time-to-hire, and revenue targets.
