Mid-Atlantic Truck & Equipment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a sales-minded approach to recruiting. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and build talent pipelines for current and future roles.

The role requires relationship-building, adaptability, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a hybrid in-office arrangement, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Must reside within one-hour driving radius of Easton, MD office.
• Fast-paced, high-volume, people-facing environment experience (sales, hospitality, retail, recruiting, etc).
• Willingness to travel to branches and events, including overnight travel.
• Open to after-hours communications when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment lifecycle and partner with hiring managers.
• Source, engage, and screen candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Build pipelines for current and future roles.
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling; move process from intake to onboarding.
• Provide feedback to hiring managers and adjust search approaches as needed.
• Assist with offer development, extension, and negotiation.
• Ensure smooth transition from candidate to TeamMATE; maintain ATS data integrity.
• Represent MATE at events and branch visits as required.
