GMS, Group Management Services, is seeking a Sales Recruiter in Richfield, OH to own and optimize the full recruiting cycle for top sales talent. You will source candidates, screen, interview, and extend offers while partnering with sales leaders to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and resourceful with multi-channel outreach.
• Deep understanding of GMS opportunities to promote the employer brand.
• Ownership of full recruiting cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract sales professionals across GMS.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, events, and networking.
• Manage full recruiting cycle: outreach, screening, interviews, offers.
• Maintain a healthy screen-to-hire conversion rate.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines with status updates and follow-up.
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment activities.
• Partner with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
• Promote GMS value proposition to candidates throughout the process.
• Suggest and implement creative recruiting strategies to improve quality and retention.
• Support other recruiting initiatives and projects as needed.
