We are seeking a highly versatile and experienced Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Sales leaders to strategically attract and hire top-tier sales talent across all levels - from individual contributors to VP level.

As a key member of our Recruiting team, you’ll act as a true business partner - collaborating with leadership to define search strategies and serving as a trusted advisor to help interview teams hire effectively and efficiently. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering world-class candidate experiences, has a strong track record of hiring top sales professionals, and thrives in a collaborative environment. • Communicate effectively and consistently with internal teams via Slack and Zoom.
In the first week, expect to:
  • Onboard and integrate into Toptal through virtual introductions and Zoom coffees with colleagues.

  • Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders across the sales function, acting as a trusted business partner to support their growth and success.

In the first year, expect to:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in sales recruiting, confidently guiding decision-making and answering questions across all stages of the sales hiring lifecycle.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives that improve our sales recruiting function - whether optimizing processes, enhancing tools, or driving innovation to help us attract top-tier sales talent at scale.
Requirements:

  • You have a strong ability to recognize exceptional talent and assess whether candidates will thrive in both the role and the company as it scales.
  • You extend offers with confidence, knowing you’ve built trust and alignment throughout the process.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, your candidate pipelines are clean, your communications are timely, and no loop is ever left open.
