Job summary

Ringside Talent is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting in Worthington, OH. This onsite role emphasizes campus recruiting and building a strong talent pipeline to support current and future openings.

You will partner with hiring managers, conduct interviews, utilize Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter, and drive process improvements to enhance candidate experience. A Bachelor's degree and at least two years of recruiting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with college recruiting, including attending college career fairs.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding.
• Lead college recruiting efforts, including attending and representing the company at college career fairs.
• Source and engage candidates using tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for both skill fit and cultural alignment.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health and hiring progress.
• Represent the employer brand professionally across all recruiting channels and campus engagements.
• Support process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
