Qualifications

• Significant experience as a full-cycle recruiter for technical and GTM roles.
• Knowledge of the US talent market, especially the Bay Area.
• Strong recruiting operations instincts; comfortable owning data and processes.
• Experience collaborating with global teams across regions and time zones.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
• Self-directed, owner-operator mindset with proactive sourcing.
• Experience recruiting in AI, dev tools, or enterprise software space preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across audiences.
• Ability to manage high-volume searches across functions without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment—from intake to close—for both technical and GTM roles.
• Partner with engineering and sales leaders to build hiring strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Lead technical hiring for the newly acquired Gitar team, defining role scope and technical bars.
• Work with GTM Recruiting Manager to build out the AI-native GTM organization and close top talent.
• Act as a hands-on hunter, building pipelines across technical and commercial roles.
• Sell Sonar's mission to passive candidates and close talent as a trusted advisor.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent searches across functions with high candidate quality.
• Identify opportunities to automate recruiting workflows to scale as volume grows.
