You’ll recruit for roles including Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants, and Architects, partnering with Sales leaders to create clear profiles and hiring processes.

You will use Notion daily, align with a new GTM motion at the intersection of AI and enterprise transformation, and balance urgency with a high bar for talent density.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success recruiting across GTM roles.
• Ability to translate business strategy into candidate profiles, search plans, and objective assessment criteria.
• Strong sourcing, market-mapping, and closing instincts across Sales disciplines.
• Operational rigor and data-driven approach to diagnose pipeline health.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with Sales leaders, advising on role definition and search strategy.
• Deliver high-quality hires across GTM roles, from sourcing through close.
• Translate product love, AI opportunity, and customer motion into candidate narratives.
• Use talent-market research and data to improve hiring strategy and decision quality.
• Raise the quality and consistency of the hiring system through structured intake and sourcing strategies.
