Role Description

The Sales Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Paramus, NJ, responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring sales talent to support the company’s growth. This role includes managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs and developing job postings to screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers. The Sales Recruiter will partner closely with sales leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive, efficient candidate experience. Daily tasks involve using various recruiting channels, maintaining accurate recruitment records, supporting onboarding activities, and representing Bond Street Mortgage LLC at networking events or career fairs as needed.
