Job summary

InterEx Group in Miami seeks ambitious sales professionals to transition into recruitment. You will leverage your sales mindset to build relationships with candidates and technology clients, with a clear path from Recruitment Consultant to leadership.

No prior recruitment experience is required as we provide a structured training programme and ongoing coaching. You’ll operate in a high-performance, office-based environment, developing your own market and owning client relationships while working

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience is required.
• No recruitment experience is necessary; training will be provided.
• Structured 12-week training programme covers recruitment, sales, BD and technology markets.

Training & Development

You won't be thrown into recruitment and expected to figure it out yourself.

You'll complete our structured 12-week training programme, covering recruitment, sales, business development, technology markets, candidate management and client development.

And the training doesn't stop after 12 weeks.

You'll continue learning directly from experienced managers, senior consultants and high-performing recruiters around you.
