InterEx Group in Miami is hiring an Associate Recruitment Consultant to own both candidate and client sides of recruitment. This is a sales-focused role in a fast-paced tech recruitment environment.

You will build relationships, identify top talent, develop new business, interview candidates, negotiate offers, and progress toward targets. 1–3 years of experience in sales, recruitment or business development is preferred, but attitude matters most.

The role

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of both the candidate and client side of recruitment.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building and managing relationships with candidates and clients

• Developing new business and generating opportunities
• Speaking with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process

This is a sales-focused recruitment role. You’ll be expected to pick up the phone, have commercial conversations, build relationships and be comfortable going after new business.
