InterEx Group in Miami is hiring 360 Recruitment Consultants to join the Edgewater office. The role starts as 180 and grows to full desk, handling client development and candidate management across North America in ERP/CRM/Data markets.

You will source top tech talent, build new client relationships, and drive the full 360 process from pitching to closing. Expect rapid earning potential with uncapped commissions and hands-on training from top recruiters.

• Candidate Sourcing & Qualification: Finding top tech talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, advertising, and internal database.
• Business Development: Building new client relationships while expanding existing accounts to identify new hiring needs.
• Sales Execution: Managing the full 360 process- pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Relationship Building: Acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates in the ERP, CRM or Data markets.

Location: Edgewater, Miami, FL (Onsite 5 days a week)

Salary: $50,000+ (1st year OTE ~ $80-85k)

As part of our continued growth, InterEx Group is hiring 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding Miami office.

This role will start out as 180, delivering candidate to some of our top clients across North America and will evolve into a full-desk role (360), where you’ll be responsible for both client development and candidate management within the ERP, CRM or Data markets.
