Job summary

InterEx Group in Miami, FL is seeking Ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our growing technology recruitment team. This is a 360 recruitment role with ownership of the client and candidate sides, targeting revenue growth and strong billings.

You will develop new business, manage existing accounts, source and interview candidates, and close placements. The role offers base salary plus uncapped commission and clear career progression to Senior Consultant or management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of agency recruitment experience.
• Experience in 360 recruitment, business development or client management is preferred.
• Commercially minded and comfortable with cold calling.
• Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs.
• Resilient, competitive and motivated by performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The Role

This is a 360 recruitment position, giving you ownership across both the client and candidate side of the business.
