Job summary

InterEx Group in Miami is seeking ambitious sales professionals to join as Recruitment Consultants. You don't need recruitment experience; if you have a track record in sales, we'll teach you the recruitment side of the business.

You'll develop your own market, build relationships with senior decision-makers and technology professionals, and learn how to win business. This is a sales-driven career with uncapped commission and fast-track progression.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of sales experience, ready for a new challenge.
• Background in B2B or B2C sales, SaaS or tech sales is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for people with 1-4 years of sales experience who are ready for their next challenge.

Your background could be in:

• B2B or B2C sales
• SaaS / technology sales
• Account management
• SDR / BDR
• Insurance or financial services
• Hospitality or another target-driven environment

You don't need previous recruitment or technology experience.
