YESA is hiring a Recruiter to own the front door for door-to-door field sales representatives in Columbus, OH. This onsite, high-volume role covers end-to-end recruitment, Day 1 class delivery, and ongoing onboarding in a metrics-driven environment with strong earning potential through uncapped commissions.

You will source, screen, interview, and hire, landing 8–10 starts weekly, traveling to markets for events and classes, with 25–40% travel and a base plus commission structure.

In this onsite role, you will own front-end, full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for door-to-door field sales representatives, guiding candidates through to Day 1 of their class and staying accountable for their early success milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Own your recruitment funnel end to end, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and Day 1 class delivery.
• Complete 8–10 candidate interviews per day and land 8–10 new starts each week.
• Source proactively through outbound outreach, referrals, hiring events, community networks, and job boards.
• Respond to every inbound applicant on the same day, prioritizing speed as a key advantage in this market.
• Evaluate for drive, coachability, resilience, and competitiveness rather than credentials or presentation.
• Provide an accurate picture of the role, including hours, door-to-door work, earnings, and difficulty.
• Travel to assigned markets for hiring events, in-person interviews, and Day 1 classes.
• Track performance daily and maintain awareness of your numbers before they are requested.

Required Qualifications

• Direct sales experience is required: you have personally carried a quota in a direct, field, or commission-based sales role and can discuss your own results.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a high-volume environment.
• A demonstrated track record of hitting weekly activity and hire targets.
• Comfort working in a metrics-first environment where outcomes are visible to everyone.
• Ability and willingness to travel 25–40% depending on territory, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for some evening and weekend recruiting activity.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Compensation and Location

Location: Columbus, OH (onsite).
Salary Range: USD 65,318 - 126,619 per year.
Work Location: In person.
Pay: $65,318.10 - $126,619.64 per year.
