A four-week paid orientation and ongoing training support your growth in a fast-paced, value-driven environment. With shared housing options and a path to leadership, earnings are uncapped and commissions can double the base in year one.

Typical Experience.

Individuals with experience in sales positions, particularly as leaders or trainers, who have consistently met targets, will be prioritized, especially in direct sales contexts. The ability to lead and motivate others is critical, as you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of your team.

• Evidence that you’ve inspired and led a team of sales representatives.
• High school graduation is good, but not essential. We’re looking for character, appetite and attitude…and proof you can hit your goals
• College and university graduates are very welcome.
