Clinic Hours: Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm, Fri-Sat 8:30am-5pm

Position Summary:

We are excited to hire a full-time Sales Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Boston (Dedham), MA. As the Sales Receptionist, you will greet and welcome potential and existing clients, providing excellent customer service to build and maintain relationships, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. You will work with our clinic staff to achieve monthly sales goals through upselling services and promotions, and perform administrative duties to support the Sales Manager in managing daily clinic operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
• Handle incoming calls to schedule appointments and answer questions.
• Confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain records.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to meet sales goals through upselling and relationship building.
• Assist Sales Manager with follow-up calls and promotion notifications (no cold calling).
• Support clinic needs such as treatment room upkeep and event support.
• Process financial transactions.
• Perform opening and closing duties daily.
• Support administrative functions like filing, photocopying, and faxing.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays
• Initiative and ability to work independently
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to lift 20-40 pounds
